ABOUT ME

What started as a high school hobby quickly turned into grand explorations and passion projects.I took that passion and turned it into a full time career. I began by experimenting with all aspects of photography, from lighting and composition to subjects and style. My love for photography stemmed from seeing a moment as it was captured forever. I spent my childhood rearranging photo albums and organized them into an order that told a story. It wasn’t until later that my obsessions with photos developed into an interest for the medium of photography itself. I knew that I was meant to be a part of the storytelling process that goes into a finished photograph.

This early stage of my career was spent freelancing for small brands to create avant-garde campaigns, drawing from fashion as my inspiration. Studying magazine editorials was the basis of my self-education. Through experimentation and exposure to a myriad of brand stories, I found myself gravitating toward the real love stories of bridal work and family portraits. Building on what I had learned, I was able to bring an artistic and editorial approach to this new type of work. It felt more meaningful, timeless and fulfilling of a journey to embark upon.

My life has continually changed since the beginning of my career. I have become a bride, a wife, and now a soon-to-be mother, starting a family of my own. These life experiences have given me a personal connection to my clients and a greater understanding of their visions. This understanding further bridged my fashion background and real clientele to create beautiful memories that stand the true test of time.
